Vinification – The grapes are destemmed and crushed. The fermentation is in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature and extended maceration.
Ageing – 6 months in stainless steel vats. Unfiltered wine.
Colour – Good concentration of colour.
Nose – Complex blend of ripe fruit and bushes aroma.
Palate – Intense and soft with persistent fruit. Good ageing potencial.
Temperature – 16-18˚C
Gastronomy – Pasta and light meat dishes.
